I had…In 2011, I woke up to realize that a strong inner judge had been guiding, criticizing, and controlling my every thought and choice. You could think of it as a false guide within yourself – it’s an intelligent survival strategy your mind created long ago, in the environment you grew up in.
It puts shackles on your life – holding you back with every step you try to take toward the life you truly want to live – without you understanding why or how to break free.
The good news? Once you understand it, you can befriend it, soften it, and reclaim your freedom. But – It’s really really important to understand where it comes from.
I help you do just that – to move through self-doubt and mental noise, to find clarity, balance, and confidence, and to live fully, freely, and authentically.

My own journey began with a turning point that stopped me in my tracks and forced me to meet myself. It taught me a simple truth: true freedom isn’t about controlling life – it’s about understanding, accepting, setting sound boundaries and befriending yourself.
